For My Coming Little One...

May you watch musicals with your mommy...
May you always be proud of your daddy...

May you always work hard...

May you be compassionate and generous...

And, may you stay far away from the yucky kind of men.

Bear Lake

I finally got some pictures of my family! You would think we never do anything with them, but really, they just seem to be ANTI-PICTURE-TAKING (hint-hint, family.) But, here's some pics from our fun little outing...

Vollyball with no net?? Yes. Look at my hot mama in the brown swimsuit! There's Noah and wife in the back, Logan, Emilee, and some buddies...

Brother Brigham in an intense conversation...

The lovely Emilee (Brigham's wife) feeling pooped.

My sexy Dan is always happy with a Mountain Dew.

I told you I was pregnant!

Brother Logan...back on the market again, ladies.

Caden worked for hours trying to master his version of surfing on Bear Lake.

Grandpa Sunday with a sunburn...

The reclusive Mariah...Madi and Ethan are no where to be found.

How Popular Are You??

Apparently, I'm not so popular.

So, Dan and I are having a heck of a time coming up with a name for our up-and-coming baby girl. I really am trying to 'think outside the box' and not pick a name that is super trendy right now. That's harder than one would think! It seems that every time I come up with a name...I start hearing little girls named that everywhere!

Anyway, I just learned that you can accurately check the popularity of a name on the Social Security Administration's web site. It's pretty fun to type in your name, your kid's names, etc.

"Mariel" is off the charts unpopular! It ranks over the 1000th mark of most popular names, so essentially it's unlisted. However, in 1994...it came in at a whopping 947!

How popular is your name??

Little Girls, Little Girls....Everything Around Me is LITTLE...

You all thought I died, right??? Sorry. So, the winner was HOLLY who guessed that I had gotten into poison oak! It baffled a couple doctors who thought I might have gross things such as scabies, chiggers, etc. Luckily, it came down to a really weird looking patch of poison oak. I couldn't STAND the thought of nasty bugs burrowing in my skin. It was actually a crappy past couple weeks...the nasty stuff spread, gave me a secondary reaction and I have been itching my brains out non-stop. But, now I'm done and I have managed to salvage SOME brain...just enough to do another post.

I've got TWO of my kid's birthdays coming in the next couple weeks...so, I've been spending lots of time trying to find some great gifts. Ofcourse, it's way more fun shopping for Little Audrey...look at these insanely cute things I found...Etsy to the rescue!

I LOVE these dresses for little girls at Boutique Mia. This is the very one I'm getting for Audrey...

And this seriously cute bracelet from Pink Papillon. Audrey's will not say "Hopie Girl", as she is OBVIOUSLY not Hopie. Hers will say "little bitty"....her nickname.

Felt hair clips, I love. They are sold ALL over Etsy. But, this particular one is from My Little Angel shop.

A button bracelet??? Love it. Button Boutique.

Lastly, for my up and coming little girl...nursing covers! Where have these been all my life?? I'm so excited to finally use them and not have to worry about exposing myself all the time. So this one is actually from eBay and comes in all different patterns. It's quality is AWESOME and the best part is the PRICE! It's at least half the price of the other cute ones found online, only $16.50! I'm recommending this lady to everyone...Joanna Design.

What's Shane getting for his birthday, you ask?? Oh, ya know...dumb stuff, like: a lightsaber, Nerf dart tag, a Ben 10 watch. Lame-O.
